Fast Weight Loss Tips to Tone Up!


Here are 5 fast weight loss tips you can use immediately to start losing weight and toning up!

Fast Weight Loss Tip 1. Plan at least 3 days of high-intensity aerobic activity. 20-30 minutes is all you need. But it needs to be intense, no lazy exercise.

You get what you put into it. Treadmill, Bike, or Stairmaster until you're huffing, puffing, and sweating!

Fast Weight Loss Tip 2. On alternate days, do 3 days of intense weight training. Keep exercises simple, but intense. Structure your workout so you only focus on two muscle groups per workout. For example, one day back and biceps, another day chest and triceps, and the last day legs and shoulders.

Make your weight training workout no more than 1 hour a day.

Fast Weight Loss Tip 3. Try to consume six small meals a day, spaced about 3 hours apart from each other. Make each meal consist of a high-quality protein source such as fish, chicken, lean steak, or turkey, a complex carb such as brown rice, potatoes, and a vegetable.

Drink plenty of water throughout the day. At least a gallon is a good measure.

Fast Weight Loss Tip 4. Get your bodyfat tested so you know if you're on track to reaching your goals. What you want is a decrease in body fat, and this is measured by having your bodyfat tested, such as with a skin-fold caliper test.

If you do not know where you're starting from, how are you going to know where you're going. Get your bodyfat tested every month or so to see if what you are doing is working.

Fast Weight Loss Tip 5. Lastly, HAVE FUN. Make exercise a habit, more important a fun habit. Get a workout buddy, change routines often, take before/after photos of yourself, go hiking or swimming, or skiiking. Just make it fun and it's much easier to stay with it.
