The Problem With Free Weight Lifting Programs!

"Thrown-together" free weight lifting programs that cost nothing are probably worth nothing.

Don't be cheap when it comes to your body and your health. Besides, you'll actually save more money and time in the long run by learning from a professional instead of trying out free weight lifting programs.

I've learned over the years that it pays to learn what others already know, saving you the learning curve of figuring it out yourself.

Sure, you could find a ton of free weight lifting programs on the internet, but you really don't know who has written them.

They may be from someone that isn't qualified to give you advice. Worse than that, following it may be just enough to get you injured.

Believe me, I've been in the personal training field long enough to know that everyone has an opinion as to what works best for building muscle and losing fat.

But what works for one may not always work for another. That's a huge drawback to using free weight lifting programs you find on the net.

So, before buying into any program, make sure it was written by a real trainer that has produced real results. Don't fall for imitators or knock-offs from people that aren't even in the fitness industry!

The best approach is to seek out excellence in fitness. Find others that have the body you want and begin to learn how they achieved it.

You can learn from other successful people and can have anything you want by copying them.

You can role model others so that you do not have to learn through trial and error what you want to discover.

So if you're unhappy about your physique in any way, skip the free weight lifting programs.

A better approach is to seek out professionals and then simply copy what they have done to get similar results.

Of course genetics, intensity, drive, motivation, diet, etc...

These are all things that make results different for everyone.

But for the most part, physiologically speaking, you have to do certain things to get certain results.

These are the things you can find from others and copy if they make sense and fit your goals/lifestyle.
