Because of a very large demand from my customers, I had the program professionally printed and bound. These are beautiful paperback books, with great looking covers that are glossy and full color.

Many people prefer the hard copy because it looks nice and can be put in your home library.

Do I Need Any Special Equipment Or Machines With This Program?

No, you do NOT need any special equipment or machines to use this program

A pair of dumbbells, some free weights and a barbell, or a home gym (like the Bowflex or Total Gym) all would work perfectly!

Truthfully, all you need is the desire to start doing something. To take action and "get on the bus" so to speak! That's the most important step in any program.

Again, as long as you have access to heavier weights over time, the proven principles in "Simple Steps" will help you build more muscle!

That's because this program will show you how to increase your strength dramatically and start lifting more weight. When you lift more weight, you gain more muscle and strength as a result. So you just need weights that you can keep adding to, to keep getting stronger. As you get more stronger, you'll gain more muscle.

You can be at the biggest gym in town or at home with a Bowflex, Total Gym, or dumbbells and barbells -- it doesn't matter. These techniques can be applied anywhere!
