But it was one disappointment after another because my "try everything" approach didn't work. I was wasting a ton of money, murdering myself for hours in the gym... with little to no muscle gains to show for it.

It was frustrating, to say the least.

But at the peak of my frustration a few years ago, when I ran out of patience and money, I decided it was time to get smart. And it was then that I learned an important point that changed my training, my body, and my LIFE forever...
