Shawn LeBrun is the owner and operator of Shawn LeBrun, an online fitness training and publishing company.

Shawn has been a certified personal trainer for the past three years and feels that it is his mission to help people cut through the clutter and confusion associated with what it really takes to get in great shape.

But fitness was not Shawn's first profession though...

He graduated in 1994 with a Degree in Law Enforcement and began working as a police officer for a city in Maine.

But even while working as a police officer, fitness was his true passion. Shawn soon realized that with fitness, he could help more people better their lives on a daily basis than police work could allow him.

So in 2001, he took the leap of faith and became certified as a Personal Trainer, with the College of Exercise Professionals.

After becoming the top trainer at a Maine Health Club, he soon realized that his mission to help as many people as possible would be greatly limited if he only trained others one on one.

So, he decided to take another leap (I'm sure some of you have told him to take a leap ;-)

This time as a business owner of a global fitness publishing company...and he hasn't looked back since.

Now his articles, newsletters, books, and products are distributed worldwide throughout the internet, used on sites like, Critical Bench, NutriCounter, Diet Tips, Ultimate Fat Burner, Best of Nutrition, Online Health and Fitness, and many, many more...

...and little by little, day by day, he does my part to help spread the truth about what it takes to get in great shape.

People he advises and trains take comfort in the fact that he himself changed his body dramatically, knowing what it honestly takes. He will not try and sell you a magic pill or potion, because there isn't one.
