Now that fall is close by, itís time to take the fitness activities from outside to the inside, unless youíre one of the lucky ones that live in a tropical climate year round ;-)

The Habit of Weight Loss

Want a sure-fire way to lose weight and never have to worry about gaining a few pounds ever again?

Make weight loss a habit.

In fact, to successfully lose weight and stay thin, you have to make weight loss a habit, whether you consciously try to or not.

Any action you take repeatedly will soon become habit IF you get a payoff from it.

Take gambling for example.

People gamble because they get a payoff of money, power, exhilaration, etcÖ.

People do not have habits that do not include some sort of reward for doing them.

If you want to successfully stay thin, you must take some form of action each and every day until it becomes a habit.

Habits can be formed in as little as 21 days.

But again, you MUST get some sort of payoff from your actions.

What sort of payoff can you get from losing weight and staying thin?

You can buy a new, sleek outfit and have pride in wearing it to work.

You can get six-pack abs and feel more confident at the beach.

You can get in shape and meet the person of your dreams.

Find a payoff for lifting weights, running, and watching your nutrition and soon you'll have developed weight loss into a habit.

Chinese philosopher Meng-Tse wrote over two thousand years agoÖ

Donít be like everyone else who drifts meaninglessly in life.

Know what you want to achieve, take continuous action until it becomes habit and start enjoying the reward (look better, feel better, etc...) that comes with your newly developed habit!
